This incident had taken place on May 7, 2013 when I called the security personnel of my apartment named Seth, and I informed him that I am a resident of 330 Red Maple Rd. and that the garage cleaning company will begin washing all the residents P1 parking spots "NOT visitors parking spots" of the building in the morning, and quizzed him if I could certainly park my vehicle in the visitors parking until the cleaning up is finished.

The very next day as I approached to my car I had noticed a parking ticket on my car, at once I called Ian, the secuirity guard manager, informed him about the whole likelihood. I also called the owner of LK Protection headoffice, Leonard to ensure that everything is in order. He guaranteed me that over the following 24 hours there would be an update on my matter; within this time he would also consult Seth, he added.
On the same day I talked face-to-face with Ian and quizzed whether either Leonard or Ian talked to him. No answered Seth and added he didn't ensure that I will not received any parking ticket, all he told was talking about the situation with the mobile security unit, and at the end it was completely dependent on the latter's call. I refuted his claim mainly because he was not telling the truth at all.
On May 9,2013 I called and talked to Leonard and enquired him what the status is, he claimed he hasn't yet spoken to Seth, I Leonard that I already spoke to Seth and Seth denied what he originally promised me, Leonard then said "Well if he is abnegating it then there is nothing I can do about your ticket, you will just have to carry it to court", I advised him that I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and he stated that's fine, I went ahead and filed a complaint with the better business bureau.The last words from Leonard was "go ahead then".
If Seth promised you that they will not ticket you then they shouldn't have, and unluckily the owner said he can't even aid you! Hope more residents like you would share their view on this company's support.
ReplyDeleteSeveral guards @ LK Protection are telling inhabitants that this firm is a lot better than the prior business which was Lormar, they mentioned the guards at the previous consultant weren't doing the work and patrol as they were supposed to.
ReplyDeleteIt's hysterical, due to the fact about 4 guards that used to work with Lormar have decided to quit Lormar and work for LK so they can continue to be at the vineyards, so if they weren't undertaking their jobs before like they accepted! then who says they do their work now? :)
People living in the apartment will be notified through advertisement for this website to make them enable sharing their experience.
ReplyDeleteWhat occurred to Ryan is not tolerable at all. Surprisingly LK Protection could have done far better by keeping their promised unbroken. Though the proprietor might have taken the proper decision, he was unable to accomplish so. This concern couldn't be left out as ethics is very important too. Superior service is not assured without the existence of cooperation.
